Does the app really work offline?
Yes. Checklists, photos, times and signatures work without a connection and sync automatically as soon as there is reception again.
Where is our data stored?
In the cloud on servers in Germany — or, with on-premise, entirely with you.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, with a data processing agreement. The interface is accessible according to the German BFSG.
Do we have to switch our email or calendar?
No. Existing mailboxes and calendars are connected; there is no lock-in to a provider.
Is the AI mandatory?
No, completely optional and can be switched off.
Can we switch or cancel?
The cloud is cancellable monthly; data export is included.
